The good news is that most commercial fitouts are approved right away and may not have a significant impact on your timeline. We help to smooth things out by getting the Comply Development Certificate and then the Occupation Certificate before relocation.
Yes, we do! We have IT experts who will work with your IT manager or any other external consultant to ensure that your IT needs are met. We will also manage all the cabling and also integrate your service provider to ensure that everything is up and running sooner than later.
